This lecture will build on the Analytics activity you have done this week and will suggest that with careful optimisation any ecommerce site can be made more effective: meaning a better return on investment.

I will introduce some of the main changes that can be made and the idea of A/B testing so that the effects of changes can be measured.

This is a hot topic inside the industry and there is a real shortage of professionals who understand this area and can apply this thinking to real client projects.
